I emailed my local UPS store and asked them to print on cardstock for a medium size dog collar. They kindly obliged and printed 3 different sizes on 1 sheet of paper for just $1.60.
If you're not as crafty, you can purchase a premade tag on Amazon. They also have a Scooby Doo costume tag!
